Learn the art of making pictures on your mobile device. We'll cover tricks for developing your imagery skills while thinking creatively about using a mobile device's camera in school. Mobile devices have had a profound impact on our culture. Its' impact also extends to both teaching and learning. So, it's no wonder why this new art form has quickly become such a popular means of creative expression. Snap "Appy," the art of taking pictures with your mobile device, has made it easy for just about anyone to be a creator of photographic, visual storytelling, and artistic content.

In this hands-on workshop we'll explore lots of cross curricular applications involving visual literacy, visual creativity, summative assessment, and content publication. Our goal is to help foster a highly creative motivated environment of teaching and learning.
